Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package in real time through our website or the carrier's tracking portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at parekhhamza76@gmail.com We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, send a replacement or issue a refund.
